EBENSARF PLUS (Mpohor, Western Region, Ghana) is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. We supply building materials, import and export goods, sell vehicles and run a car washing bay.

• Enquiries and bookings: your name, phone/WhatsApp number and the details you type into our quote, contact, order and car wash booking forms.
• Order tracking: the order number and phone number you enter to look up an order.
• Customers: details needed to process your order, delivery and invoices.
• Staff accounts: email address and login details for our team's dashboard.

We do not collect payment card details through this website.

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and confirm bookings.
• To process, deliver and invoice your orders, and let you track them.
• To keep the website and our systems secure and free from spam.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We only use your information for these purposes, with your consent or where it is necessary to serve you, and we never sell it.

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Supabase: secure database and staff login.
• Cloudflare: bot protection on our forms (Turnstile).
• WhatsApp: only when you choose to message us through a WhatsApp button.
• Google Maps: only if you press “Show Map” on our contact page. Google may then set its own cookies.
• Our website hosting provider.

Some of these providers may store data outside Ghana. We only use providers that apply appropriate security safeguards.

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We only use essential cookies, which the site needs to work and which don't require consent. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them in future, they will stay off until you agree.

You can change your choice at any time: Cookie Settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the staff login won't work without them.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including keeping proper business and tax records, and then delete it securely.
